Do my clients need to install an app or create an account?
No. They get one link and a 6-digit code on WhatsApp or email. They open it on any phone, tap a document, and upload. It works in English and Hindi, and resumes if their connection drops.
We already use email. Is that not safe enough?
Email is a little better than chat, but attachments still get forwarded, saved to personal laptops and sent to personal inboxes, with no record of who opened them. Reposha gives every client one place to upload, and records every view and download.
Can my staff misuse client files?
Staff only see the clients you assign to them. Every view, download and delete is recorded with their name and time. When someone leaves, you switch off their access in one click.
How long does it take to start?
Sign up, add a client and send the first link. You can do it in the time it takes to finish a cup of tea. Your logo and colours can be added any time later.
Where are my files stored?
Encrypted, in secure data centres in India. Files never sit on your staff’s personal phones or inboxes.
Does Reposha read my files or send them to AI companies?
No. Reposha stores and organises your documents. Document Intelligence, coming next, will run on our own servers in India. Your documents will never be sent to outside AI companies.
Why not just use Google Drive?
Drive is built for sharing files, not collecting them. There is no checklist per client, no reminders for missing papers, no access code for each request, and no simple record of which staff member opened which client’s file.
Can upload links use our own domain?
Yes. On every plan except Solo billed monthly, links can run on your own address, like docs.yourfirm.in, so clients see your name end to end.
What if it is not right for us?
Ask within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. If you leave later, you keep access until your paid period ends, and you can export everything.
